In this Pic I marked the Area i Cut away & Used thie Bracket to mount it to the Frame, That took the place of the Bracket that is kind of angled & Mounted to Back of Pump & Then Lower on The Engine Block...................
The Yellow Lines are the Brkt i Used & Show the Area i Cut out, Sorry my Paint Skill is Lacking  Thanks, Rick
