Matching Glovebox To Cluster
I really like the look of matching the glovebox door to whatever look the gauge bezel has.The first I did was chrome a glovebox door and add woodgrain.I`ve taken a bezel and laminated a piece of formica to smooth it and painted it body color and painted a chromed glovebox door to match.
On my wrecker there`s a gauge bezel that looks like new. But,it`s a dark gray metallic instead of chrome w/the pebble grain black.I found a color to match by DupliColor and painted the edge of the glovebox door with it.Then used DupliColor Truck Bed Liner to spray the center and it`s a close texture. Here`s how it came out: ![]() It`s not dry in the picture,so it looks streaky. But,it came out pretty good.I`ll get a pictureof it mounted after it dries.
