Temp Gauge problem again

Hi all,

Background info:
I just picked up some gauges, not sure if they all work. Anyway I converted from idiot lights to gauges by moving the wires in the instrument cluster as GMCPaul instructed on his web page of tips. I picked up a new sending unit for gauges. I also picked up a new Printed Circut board to replace the one on the gauges I got as it had a burned spot.

Here is the problem, the temp gauge has been steadily moving up towards hot and has never gone back down to to cold. Yesterday was the first day I drove the truck since I did the upgrade. I get in the truck this AM and the temp is still at the same position it was last night. Also when I installed the gauge it wasn't reading cold it was up a bit on the temp and has just moved up more and never back to cold.

What's wrong?

Another quick question. Does the Fuel gauge go to empty when the truck is off and key out? Because mine is reading full all the time, even when the truck is off.
