Always A New Problem...

So the other day just after i fixed the fuel problem. I have been driving my 1971 C10 around daily. When I turn it on now and it is at idle the is this 'clicking' sound coming what seems to be under the left valve cover. And when I press the gas it goes then makes a lounder click/ping/knock (dont really know what to call it) as it returns to idle. What could that be? Any estimates financially?
