Tire use by date?

Hey all, I am just gettin my 68 burb about ready to hit the streets again after being in storage for almost 10 years.
I have a set of BFG All Terrain 33x12.50's on my rig, and they have very little mileage on them. I did drive around with them for a while when I purchased them back in say... 1994.
Since then the truck has been in pieces, and the tires have been pretty much used as rollers. They have been indoors most of the time, and in a dry environment.
Well, today I washed and scrubbed them up and they look very good. No cracks, and they are still soft as any other tire I guess.
Well, I only plan to do short trips with these tires for the most part. Since I am still restoring her and the trips would be just to stretch her legs, and maybe across town for a car show or somethin.

What do ya think? Should I not worry about it for now?
