Sliping tranny!
Hi all,
In my 57ī truck thereīs a chevy 350/350 combo. Iīm not that good on automatic transmisions. But I did recognize the pan bolt pattern. The tv is adjusted by wire, and thereīs a vacuum line that hooks up to the transmission. Problem; It is i sliping! Symptom: After driving for a few minutes it starts to slip. A lot. If I stop or slow down it engages again. When I first noticed, I looked at the dipstick, the level was on the "ok" mark but I filled up a pint anyway. It got better but not good. Now itīs way over the "ok" mark. I donīt know what happens if I overfill it. Q: any tips or hints? Is there any ajustments to be made? Take care //Swetruck |
