I would go forward with the C10 LCA and C10 ball joints. I don’t know how readily available C20 ball joints are at a local parts store nor know how much they would run you if they should fail. I have a 62 and that was one of the driving reasons for converting my front to something newer... price and convenience ...just MHO.
