What im thinking about doing

I have $2200 and im trying to figure out what I should do, here is what i have so far
Buy a new motor(not crate just rebuilt) or rebuild mine
Fix My vibration
Relocate my gas tank
And bag it or Get 3/5 drop kit(there is a guy that lives down the road from me that bags trucks for people im gonna see how much he charges)
Do you think that will cost much more than $2200? if so i can take relocation my tank first and i think the vibration is just the flywheel that is about $40

How much will it cost to bag it? I found a rear bag kit for $450 and then i can just lower the front or is that a good idea
