71 350 bolt torque values, heads and manifold

I need to pull the top off of a 350 for head gaskets and can't find my manual.
Anyone have the values for head and intake bolts?
Also, what is your preferred method for getting a positive seal when re-installing the stock intake manifold. Should I use a thread sealer on the intake bolts?

Thanks
