Re: Amazon driver
Over a week later I figured I would put the Amazon back in the garage before it rains again. It started o.k. and I moved it closer to the garage and let it run while I cleared a spot for it . It was getting pretty smelly in the garage
and "she" was due home soon so I shut it down . Swept the garage and started it back up and WAAAAAAAAAAAAA that sucker went WOT ! I really wanted to spy the tach and see what it was revving ![]() But really dont want a rebuild project just yet ![]() So I just shut it down and looked at the linkage and did not see anything wrong. Tried starting it and WAAAAAAAAAAAA again WOT . Not fun anymore. So I started looking at the old Weber and nothing was real clear at 1st. Finally figured it out , I had tightened the accel lever to tight and it was binding the throttle part open then sticking open w/o the gas pedal being pushed . I neede to mow the lawn so its back in the garage till this weekend when hopefully I wont burn it down hooking up the electric choke ![]()
