lost a rod, need some advise!

so I went to start my truck the other day (1983 c-10 383stroker.)
And heard a "knocking" so after pulling the valve covers I discovered that every one of my roller rockers was lose. one of them was missing the rod. i looked down inside the head and saw the rod down in the valley. So I plan to replace all the rods. does anyone recommend a good brand of rods that are easy on the wallet, and what are the torque specs for the rockers? Thanks!
