Re: who swapped to a 3.08 gear and how do you like it ?

I'll say this for anyone that drives these a lot, upgrade the brakes before anything else. I put a C-20 power master cylinder set up in mine and love it. I was fortunate enough to start with front discs. I would like to put in rear discs eventually too. I lowered it with new coils with correct spring rates and a 3.5" lower ride hieght, and I added the factory style front sway bar. I may add a rear bar too to get rid of more lean. It drives great, rides nice, corners good for a truck, stays fairly flat and will still tow or carry a load just fine. I love it and really miss driving it right now while it's tore down. I apologize for the thread high jack.
