et street issue

When I put my et streets on I had them balanced, but since then I've been to the track afew times. It seems as if my rims are spinning inside the tires. I only have a mild 350 with a 262 comp cam, 600 holley, afr heads, headers, and some other goodies 4.56 posi, tci street fighter, 3000 to 3500 stall. Truck runs 8.70's in the 8th with the engine craping out on the topend. (cam&carb) Besides rim screws is thier a simple fix. I also was thinking it could be a rim issue it has eagle alloys on it with low pressure I think around 15 psi. oldno7
