new gmc guy

hey peoples just wanted to say what a big help everyone has been when doing some research on my first build.Anyway, about two months ago i bought a 70 gmc 1500 for $600.My intentions for buying this truck were to replace and repair the busted fender and bumper and do a quick resell to make a profit. After driving the truck for two days I was hooked.now she isnt much to look at right now,but here is a little history. The owner drove it off the lot in 1970 with 25 miles on it.Since then he has been the only owner and Im sure he babied this thing. He drove it 100k then had the motor rebuilt, after that he said he drove it another 2k before eating the back end of a mail truck.Which im sure was due to the faulty master cylinder. But it has that great rust under the floor and rockers from the rain water running inside the doors.Under the hood is the O.G. 350 with powerglide tranny.anyway Ill try to upload some pics but as of now she is green with a white top.O and a gold fender.
