Kick Panel Vent?

Daggonit, got some parts today and thought I would make some progress tonight. Put new seals on my kick panel vents and was ready to put them back on when I realized I didn't remember which one went where. I wonder if someone could tell me if you push forward to let air in, or pull back to let air in? I can solve the puzzle after i know that!

I really need my cab corner so I can finish that part up, put my fuel tank back n and complete the interior. It is coming from California, and I think it must be coming by the Wells Fargo Wagon!

The truck was his and he sure as heck wouldn't understand why I took a perfectly good truck and tore it down!
