68' BBC 396 Needs Rebuild

I pulled the 68' 396 out of my truck. Casting #3969854 2 bolt main.

Bore is standard size and so is the cast crank. I have the cast pistons, rods, balancer and flywheel. I pulled it when it started knocking. Tear down revealed a spun rod bearing. Crank would need to be turned .010 and maybe bore the block. I also have the fully assembled heads 148 castings.

Selling to clear the garage. WIW?
