What's the cost to drop and bag a '72 Burb

Newbie here... so new I haven't even bought my Burb yet. I spoke with a guy I know who owns a company who manufactors aftermarket lift kits with air ride tech stuff to boot. Explaned to him that I was wanting to take a '72 Burb and drop and bag it. He quoted me " between $2000 to $4000. Is this really what it would cost or should I be looking elsewhere when the time comes. Could someone give me a breakdown of the parts needed to drop and bag a burb???

Thanks in advance to any who respond. The work and mods many of you have done is what's inspired me to persue a Burb as my "hotrod"

Cheers
