1970 gmc sierra grande 2500 longhorn, how rare?

This is my first post.

1970 gmc sierra grande 2500 longhorn, how rare and what is worth?

I am getting this truck to do a swb conversion. This truck is loaded with options, 402 BB , THM 400 trans, factory AC, bucket / console, cst options and lots of others. It a rust and dent free 70K original mile california truck. All documents a maintenece records. Perfect interior and nice paint.

I am feeling kind of guilty taking her apart when she is so nice as is, but its not my dream truck in current form. It would be an awsome starting point for swb. Let me know what you all think. Thanks
