Can someone work their photoshop majic?

Can someone put a long fleetside bed on my truck as well as use the 55-66 stepside fenders to use for dually fenders. Maybe some nice wheels about the same size. I dunno, have fun with the color or theme. I am not really into lowering it too much though. Pry going with a Cummins or Cat 3208 /allison combo in this truck. thanks.
