Brake question

Ok I just got a 82 Chevy 4x4 a couple weeks ago. I noticed while medium to hard braking it pulled to the right so I had to counter steer to the left. I pulled the tires and inspected the brakes the right side inner pad was marginal compared to the outside on that caliper. I decieded to do a brake job. I replaced both front calipers $14 each can't beat that right? Wagner Thermoquite pads I had the rotors turned. I also replaced the inner and outer bearings on both sides. I bleed the brakes etc. It stops better, but it still pulls to the right??? I'm at a loss here. I do notice that if I brake really hard the back tires lock up a little. Any ideas or suggestions to check. The way the caliper floating pins looked I figured that was the reason I was getting the pull. I guess not.....
