4spd - turbo400 ?'s

I've started collecting parts before doing any work as I don't want to get part way through and realize that I've forgot about something along the way.

My check list includes:

turbo400 out of a 4x4 (rebuilt with converter)
np208 adaptor for my rebuilt tcase

I've priced out a flexplate (steel, 168tooth) @ 122 bucks
and I was told I could either bend my own trany lines or use hydrolic hose(?!)

the truck has an automatic colomn already but the floor shifter sounds much easier.

Are the front a rear driveshafts the same length for both trucks or is this going to be another hidden expense?

Anything else I'm missing or budget suggestions on floor shifter options??

Truck is an 81 3/4 ton with 9.5" semi floating rear and I was told a spicer 10 bolt upfront.
