New From NorCal

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I will soon be starting to restore a 1956 GMC pickup that my dad gave me. He's had it since the mid 70's and lost intrest in it over the years. It has been garage kept over the years so no cancer. The drivetrain hasn't been ran since the early 90s. It has a SBC in front of a TH350 and Chevy 12-bolt with posi rear end. He also has some "fuelie" 2.02 heads that I am going to put on it. I know they don't flow as well as the modern aftermarket heads but I am not building a drag machine. Well thanks for listening and I am sure I will be on here asking a ton of questions. I will start a thread in the build section with pictures in the coming days.

Cheers,
Adam
