How to mount 60-63 Cigarette Lighter?

Ok, I'm feeling pretty dumb. This seems like it should be a simple job. I just received a new cigarette lighter for my '62 C10. It came with 3 clips. See below picture:



However, I don't see how it can mount to the hole in my dash. (Hole on the far right in below picture).



I tried slipping the long part of the clips between the casing of the lighter and hooking the clips to the dash, but it just doesn't fit. (and if it did, it wouldn't look too good...)



Am I missing a part like a bezel or something? Hope somebody can help! :
