Removal of Stock Steering Column

Got everything stripped of to remove the cab but can't figure out how to get steering column out of box....or do I have to remove the box too?
Not sure how the steering wheel comes off either, wheel puller maybe???
Guess I need to get the factory assembly manual.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Got the engine and tranny fitted up with crossmembers today and pull it back out. Hope to get cab off tomorrow. Probably have to start spending $ now.
