Whats it worth?? 72 suburban

I found a 72 suburban, 98% rust free, been painted once 20 years ago, original big block, factory air, tilt, tach, rear air, cruise control, 2wd,15x8 rally wheels, dry cracked tires, interior is in pretty good shape, paint is oxidized, body is very straight, the truck has not been started in several years.

Elderly owner says it ran good when he parked it.

I dont know a whole lot about the 67-72 suburbans, This truck has a bench front seat, middle and 3rd seat,a roof rack, and how do I tell if the cruise control is factory or add on? Also it has upper and lower trim, cheyenne emblems on the fenders. I did not think they made a cheyenne suburban.

Help me out guys, Whats this worth??
