Biggest rear tires on 85 SWB C10

What would be the biggest tires I could fit if I lower the truck 5/7? Being that I want skinnies in the front and some nice sized meats out back using a 15x10 rim and without having to tub the truck. Also what kind of back spacing would this take from the rim?

This will be my crusier / bracket truck and not my balls out race vehicle. Probably gonna stick some MT ET Street drag radials out back unless anyone else has some suggestions.

Right now the truck has a cammed out 355 centerbolt SBC with 750 double pumper, heddman long tubes, 2.5 x pipe and 2.5 true dual bullet mufflers dumped after the cab. Its just enough to get it the body shop to have it painted, the interior replaced then back to me so I can have the fuel system, gauge panel with all the switches for the electric water pump, electric fans, etc, etc, etc all hooked up.
