The drive gear on the NP208 just slides on over the output shaft. I would bet the reluctor ring on the NP241 is removable too. I have a press and was a machinist for the air force so a pressed on gear is no big deal. Hopefully the OD is similar and all I have to do is maybe drill a retainer pin notch to keep the drive gear in place. My big concern is that the tail housings don't interchange. Worst thing that happens is I end up having to buy a whole set of Auto Meter gauges for my truck so I can get an electronic speedo to work with the VSS output of the NP241. Honest honey, I had to buy $600 worth of gauges so my speedometer would work
