Vortec Head Questions

I am wondering is these springs will fit on stock vortec heads? http://www.compperformancegroupstore...ct_Code=981-16
I m wondering becuase i am thinking about putting some vortecs on a 350 or 400 small block in my 69 c-10. I have many threads and articles on the guide bosses and how youhave to cut them for springs for more lift. i also read about some beehive springs that work with no machining. i looked and these have the same inside diameter so i don't know how they wouldn't work but have know idea. the cam i plan on running is the Comp 270H http://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/c...x?csid=78&sb=2
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
