'77 leaf rear into a '69 coil rear??????
Hello I have been trying to swap my truck over to the popular 5 0n 5 lbot pattern. I have already put 5 lug disc on the front now time for the rear. The question is I have a '77 rearend from my brothers truck but its leaf. How hard would it be to cut the mounts off of mine and weld them onto the new rear. If that wont work what are some other ideas that you have. By the way my wallets on a diet and I have an excelent welder on hand. Thanks in advance for your help Jim
