Re: Doing a TPI Swap.

I have done a number of TPI swaps. I have a 90 Corvette TPI in my '83 K20. I put TPI in a '72 swb truck and also a '69 Corvette. I can answer any questions on those. The '83 has a 700R4 and I went from about 14 mpg to 17 with just the TPI swap. Where I was always "into" the throttle to maintain 70 on the interstate is now no problem. I used an '87 fuel tank and added the TPI pump. I am using an add-on VSS at the transmission. This also allows you to use late (non-vacuum) Cruise Control. Glad to help anyone with questions on these.
