Fuel cell pickup???

Well I was going to post in my build thread but doesnt get alot of hits sooo. I have a jaz 16 gallon pro street cell BUT there is no deep sump on it so I need ideas for getting all the fuel to the pickup hose. I only have a 3" hole to get into the tank so that kinda limits me. I have thought about welding a aluminum drop sump for the rear of the tank and using a rubber gasket and mounting it on bottom rear of the tank but Im worried about leakage so I NEED IDEAS and pics are in my build of the cell.
