Manual Master Cylinder?

I will be changing my cam later this year and will be losing the power brakes.
Which master cylinder (disc/drum) can I use?
I want an alloy one for weight loss.
I have looked at Wilwood but don't know which size to pick, calipers are '73 with HD rotors.
Also I have seen non-power master cylinders from base models which looked an easy fit.
What have you guys used?
