Radio - stock size vs DIN

I am soliciting suggestions on a radio. My radio hole is not the large DIN size, but the bottom of it has been cut lower. So I have to either cut the hole open bigger or fix the smaller hole. I was considering the USA-630 that fits the original opening. It has USB and Ipod connection, but no CD unless you connect a CD changer. Has anyone used the USA-630 radio and how do you like it? I am really torn between it and just putting in something modern. The truck will look all factory except for the stance, wheels, and drivetrain. I think I am using the stock custom cab wheel, gauges, AC, but I am not sure about the seat. I guess I am mostly interested in knowing if anybody likes that radio or any other USA model from Custom Auto Sound.
