Advice wanted, LQ9 on a 64 1/2 ton frame

I purchased the motor mounts that Early Classics sells after seeing the install pics from this board. Once I got them, trimmed the frame rails and installed them, installed the LQ9 with 4L80E tranny I found an issue. With the motor at 4 degrees and the pan of the tranny level, the centerline of the output shaft of the tranny is 5/8" over the top rail. Stan at ECE has been very helpful but is at a loss about how to solve the issue. The motor sit awesome between the rails, there is 1" clearance on the pan. What issues might I have if I tilt the motor down more to get the tranny output below the top of the frame rail. Does it need to be below? is there enough clearance for an unaltered cab?
