Exhaust/Intake manifold

I am looking to find a stock exhaust and an intake manifold.
for my 230. I prefer to find it new. I want to keep it with the monojet. I cant seem to find any online or in the store that is not a dual or for a quad. Any thoughts on what the best way to go is here. I was thinking of going the cheapest route for now but make it look good and run good at the same time. I want it mostly stock but some better performance. I do not need the awesome set ups I see here cuz I'm gonna drive it everyday. I have the posi and new gear going in next week. I need a new carb which I will also get next week. I was thinking a 342 gear and a monojet m. Any recommendations? So If I replace the carb I was thinking to replace the exhaust and intake. Should I go with some type of header or will that make a diff? My buddy says I would need to upgrade the lifter springs. Anybody?
