Inner Fender Replacement

Stoopid question, but thought I'd ask before I dive into the truck for the spring. I bought a set of inner fenders from a chap off the board (Thanks Juan!!) and need to tear stuff down to get them replaced. But what?

I figure, I have to remove the fenders, possibly hood... do I need to pull off the radiator support, grill, etc as well?

After I get the inner fenders replaced, I'm tackling body work, and then installing my hickory bed, but this is my first step for the year.

Thanks for the help!!
