Coan Customer Service Sucks
WELL...last week i launched my converter...sent it back to be repaired...they (ART) SAID...it was junk...ok...i said well..what are you going to do for me....he said(quote) sh*t goes down hill
so that night i e-mailed the owner...i thought.. the next day art called asking for my order...and said he got my e-mail...still they are doing nothing... i said but you are the one that picks the converter best suited for my needs from the spec.sheet...SORRY... I SAID JUST SEND IT BACK TO ME...WHICH I PAYED FOR... he said sorry you fell that way.... HOW WOULD YOU FEEL????? it cost me 400.00 to get my trans repaired..from all the alum.that got pumped through it... HERES A PIC.
