alignment help...

I have a 72 Suburban with a porterbuilt front and rear drop member (check out my build thread from more info). I'm running into a problem while trying to align it. At ride height, I am within 1/16. However, when I air it all of the the way out, the driver's side moves forward a 1/2". I'm stumped. I realize its more important to have everything good at ride height but its making it a little hard to make my fenders. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The only thing I can come up with is the panhard bar has something to do with it.
