84 k10 build thread
Ok guys, bear with me im new to this forum.
Anyway i bought an 84 chevy k10 last year that needed some work, and have been working on it since then. Ill just give ya a quick rundown of what i have done and throw in some pics To see all the pics check this out http://s815.photobucket.com/albums/z...20chevy%20k10/ When i bought it, already had a 7in lift 35s and a 350 4 speed with a little bit of work done to it. Here it is when i first bought it ![]() ![]() ![]() I got a lot of extra parts with the truck including a nice set of kenwood speakers which you will see a little later in the post. Floor was rotted through (its a PA truck has been most of its life so i expected this) ![]() Bad frame cross member ![]() Pretty much gutted the interior ![]() ![]() New rockers ![]() ![]() Moved the tach ![]() New floor boards ![]() ![]() $423.00 parts pile ![]() ![]() ![]() New grant steering wheel ![]() Kenwoods i was talking about ![]() ![]() Old jvc that came with the truck ![]() New edelbrock air filter, i have valve covers ordered but there on back order ![]() Replacing old cross-member ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My welds were not the greatest but will hold ![]() ![]() ![]() Bed on ![]() ![]() New pioneer radio i got on sale at Wal-Mart ![]() Tail lights and tail gate back on. ![]() I skipped a lot of pics so check out my photo bucket link at the beginning of the thread to see them all.
