Where to get replacement parts?

I have used Rock auto for years and had several problems.....The last problem was major. I paid for parts, received some of them but not all of them. Was charged, Credit card, ended up disputing the charge because of not receiving all the parts I payed for. And they won saying that I couldn't offer proof that I didn't receive the parts. How could I prove that? So I am out a good bit of money.

They have great prices on quality replacement parts, but has enough of all the constant small problems. I need some small stuff for my new, to me, blazer and used my girl friends credit card, they took the order,, then just emailed her some bs and the parts could only be shipped with pay pal etc.

I like using premium parts and no luck with an online place with comparable prices.

Any idea's? I had order acdelco, rayestos, timkin and wagner brake parts .....no looking for sheet metal etc, just quality replacement wear parts?
