1958-59 fleetside inner fenders?

The 58 came with some fenders uninstalled. I was given the impression that they were the factory fenders but they are definitely not, none of the holes line up and the fenders don't even seem to cover the inner bedside gap properly.

So I'm curious if anyone makes a reproduction inner fender. I couldn't find one at all the usual places I've bought parts from in the past. I know some folks have gone the custom route but I was really hoping to find the stock type so it would be an easy bolt-in process.
