Experiment time!! Clear all the cats out and bolt a chain to the head on the drivers side of the motor and secure it to somewhere on the frame. A limiter sorta. If it still squeels you know it's inside motor or tranny making noise. If no noise then look for places you could have contact when the motor torques that way in reverse.
