locking diff questions
hey guys I have been looking into putting a locking differential in my 79 Chevy with a 12 bold rear end, its two wheel drive and has stock 235/75r15's and I want to add a locker that replaces the spider gears inside the carrier but I was wondering how hard the install would be? Would I need C clip eliminators to install that locker set up? if so is there a cheap reliable way to lock the rear without welding up the spider gears?
http://www.ringpinion.com/ProductDet...rand=PowerTrax here is what i have been looking at but are there any better options?
