Drip rail rot

Hay all.

I was poking around my truck yesterday, daydreaming (about all I can afford to do with it right now )...anyway, I noticed some rust holes just above the windshield on the inside of the cab. The drip rails are uneven on the horizontal surfaces like they're bubblkling out so I think they're rusting from the inside out. Is this a common problem? Am I in for a pile of work to fix this and what kind of options are there.

Many thanks,

Greg
