Hard start issue after engines warm

So I am running the electric choke edelbrock 600cfm carb that I recently put on the motor with a new edelbrock manifold and every thing has been fine. But just in the last couple of days the truck is having a hard time starting after it has been running. Like I drive it to town, shut it off and 15 min later it is hard to start, like I have to give it some gas by pumping the pedal and it rolls over for like 3-5 sec then starts. But if it sits over night she fires right up..... Any suggestions on trouble shooting. New filter, cleaned and you can see the filter bowl full of fuel....
