Question BBC Solid Roller Cam which one?

Okay my SBC forever friend just got a good deal on a 396 .030 over big block. Wants me to help find a good set of alum. heads and solid roller camshaft.

All we really know about this engine is it has some dome tops and truck reg. heads on it now.

He really wants to beat up on a 580ci and I honestly don't see it happening with this little BB.

But back on point what would be a good combo for a standard close ratio standar mun. tranny? I say mun. cuz I not sure how to spell that popular trans.

Any input would be helpful as we both are clueless with big blocks.

oh and btw this will be a Street/Strip engine going in a 1967 RS/SS Camaro.
