Simple dually questions...

I'm just about to begin my K20 to K30 dually swap and have a few quick questions:

1. I need wheels for my Dana 70 rear. Is there an easy way to identify Chevy factory dually rims in a junk yard? I don't want to end up with wheels that won't work.

2. Did factory duallys have the red clearance lights in the tailgate or are the ones I've seen added sometime afterwards?

3. Where did the factory put the spare for dually trucks? Was it under the bed like the rest of the trucks or just thrown in the bed?

Thanks in advance!
