Truck out of commission.

Decided to wash and drive my truck today. I had not moved it in almost a week. Pump the gas for an easy start. The pedal went to the floor and didn't return. Check the carb connection. All okay. Go back into the cab and pull the pedal back. Grab the back of it and cable is broken. Stock pedal cable finally broke. Does anyone know the cable length?
25.5" or 25.375"

Has anyone installed a stainless steel braided Spectra cable? With an Edelbrock carb?

Wonder if now would be good time to slap on the 1407 and ditch the 1406? ZZ4 would go from 600 CFM to 750 CFM
