I am looking to flare the fenders on my 72 but I do not want to do a bolt on. Any ideas or input would be appreciated. I want to go with a nice flare about 3"-4" but I want it to look like it was made that way from the factory smooth and clean.

Here is an example of mine thanks to Photoshop but I want to go a little wider.

I know that I have seen it done somewhere on here but I can not seem to find it, I know that it will be a lot of work. But it will achieve the mean pro-tour look that I am after.
