Confirm this is a Deluxe Heater.....

Hello All can you please confirm this is a Deluxe heater? Its from my buddy's 55. In one of the pics you can see a copper coil that is on the partitioning valve that is hanging loose. Can you tell me where this goes? I dont intend to use the Deluxe heater switch, I will just have a simple switch for the fan unit and I plan to remove the control cables. I assume then I should manually open the partitioning valve and keep it there? If Im going to run the deluxe box as if it were standard (as I described above), should I just keep the block off plate on the pass side lower cowl (above the grill) or should I remove it and attach the fan unit with the fresh air connection. Im assuming I shouldnt do this but just confirming.....


ALso, see the pic of my firewall, which holes do you use for the heater hoses?
